• Account details: name, email, phone number, and your delivery code.
• Parcel data: tracking numbers, SafeHub selections, parcel photos, status and pickup history.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Partner data: business details, documents and Stripe Connect verification status.
• Device & usage data: app/website interactions, IP address, device identifiers, and cookies.
• Location data: approximate or precise location when you enable it (e.g. to find nearby SafeHubs).

• To operate the SafeHub service: addressing, intake, notifications, pickup and returns.
• To process payments, payouts and tax reporting (via Stripe).
• To verify SafeHub partners and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To provide support, handle claims, and improve our Services.
• To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out).

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf (e.g. Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS/OTP, Firebase/APNS for notifications, AWS for storage, Google Maps for location, and analytics providers), with SafeHub partners as needed to fulfil pickups, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain analytics/advertising cookies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law — see your rights below and our Do Not Sell or Share page.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we collect, use and disclose.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, tax and audit obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
