Akxis Hub is a secure, lockerless parcel receiving and pickup platform. Shoppers receive deliveries at verified neighborhood stores ("SafeHubs") using a unique delivery code placed in Address Line 2 of their shipping address. SafeHubs accept, store and hand over parcels through the Partner app. Akxis Hub is a technology and facilitation platform; it is not a common carrier, courier or freight service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials and delivery code confidential.

Each shopper receives a permanent, randomized delivery code. You are responsible for entering the correct SafeHub address and your code at checkout, and for using your own contact details on orders. Because you choose the SafeHub destination, managing your parcel is your responsibility; there is no accept/reject step at intake.

The base pickup fee is a flat $2.99 per parcel, charged once at pickup, which includes a 24-hour free-holding window from the time of payment. After that window, a prorated overstay fee applies. A discounted base applies to returns. Optional features (such as parcel tracking for non-SafeHub parcels) may be offered as a subscription. All displayed prices are final, inclusive amounts; applicable taxes are included in the price shown.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased inside the mobile apps are processed through the applicable app store. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

Akxis Hub does not accept open, torn, heavily damaged, oversized, hazardous, perishable, illegal or high-risk items. Staff may refuse any parcel at intake with photo evidence. You agree not to ship prohibited items to a SafeHub.

Pickup is authorized by a secure, time-limited QR code. You may share a delegate pickup link as described in the app. Returns are handled through the in-app return flow at the applicable return-storage rate. Title to and risk in a parcel remain with the recipient/sender at all times; Akxis Hub provides storage and hand-over facilitation only.

Standard liability coverage applies per parcel as described in the app and is subject to the limits set out there. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKXIS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the applicable coverage limit or the fees you paid for the relevant parcel, whichever is greater. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

SafeHub partners must complete business and payout verification (via Stripe Connect) before operating. Partners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of AKXIS LLC. Partner earnings, commissions, payouts and tax reporting are as described in the Partner app and the partner agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You may raise claims and disputes through the in-app support and claims process. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
